Which HDFC Debit card is best for Online Spends

On HDFC site, i can see options for Millennia Debit card, EasyShop Preferred Platinum Debit Card, HDFC Bank Rewards Debit Card.
Please tell me which card would be best for online shopping ?

Millennia debit card mentions 2.5% cashback. Do we get 2.5% cashback for all online transactions (more than 400) or does it work only on few platforms like smartbuy/payzapp etc.

I lost my current debit card and i am going to apply for a new one. I have preferred account.

Easyshop platinum used to be the best card as it has 2 domestic lounge access per quarter and 1% cb on certain categories.

but now they have launched millenia debit card. as per the website seems cb is applicable on all spends with different slabs:

Key features:-

Get up to ₹4800 CashBack every year
5% CashBack on shopping via PayZapp and SmartBuy
2.5% CashBack on all online Spends
1% CashBack on all offline spends and Wallet reloads
Other features:-

4 Complimentary Domestic Airport Lounge access annually
Accidental insurance cover up to ₹10 lakhs

so it seems like a good card with both CB and 1 lounge access per quarter (if that’s important to you). ask for mastercard variant as it has more lounges than visa).

ya Visa and Mastercard both have domestic lounge facilities but mastercard has an edge as they have considerably large no of lounges. visa has their tie up with lounges in only few airports.

Their CB is a mess, you can not track, do not know when to expect, those 90 days keep counting forever.
Useful only for instant discounts.
Use other cards for normal spends.

That issue is on 10x reward points on credit cards which is supposed to come in 90 days but can take upto 120 days.

But this is debit card and the cb is default cb rate , not 10x so 90 days is not the norm here.

I have done shopping under 10% cashabck on Debit card offer. The cashabck is yet to be credit so if I upgrade my debit card ll I still get the 10% cashabck ?

This is quite doubtful.
I have experience with credit card- In my case I had some spends on regalia first card and 10x rp was supposed to come in 90 days but then I upgraded to regalia and didn’t get the rp even after 120 days.
However I got it after escalation to priority redressal.
So I would think their automated rp system is unable to credit the rp if card is upgraded.
So I suggest you confirm it with cc first before upgrade and get it in written.

Otherwise keep accurate track of time and send mail to cc priority inbox to escalate issue if not received.

Thanks for the details. i stand corrected.

Most of times RP gets credited but this 90 days delayed non sense is very frustrating sometimes when it doesn’t get credited.

In any case, this is still the best debit card from hdfc currently since no other card will give cb now. And since this is a newly launched card and is targeted for masses, hopefully they wont do much delay in crediting the CB points.

No difference. Sometimes payzapp has special cash backs(app only)

I want to contact them for credit card query. I had applied and received Regalia about 4 months back. Also, received a promo that if I use card for 5+ transactions in month that I am eligible for 1 Rs.250 BMS voucher. For 10+ txns, it is 2 and 3 for 20+. The promo was applicable for first 4 months. I had made required transactions every months but have not received any voucher yet. So, I need to check with them on when will I get it.

oh i see, ya write on the priority inbox and mention last 4 digits of CC no in subject and your mob no in email body along with all other details.
