Which is better Chromecast 2 or Fire stick?

Can someone please share their experience as to which one casts more apps like hotstar, sony liv, jio tv etc.

So this is like android TV? chromecast seems to only good for stuff that runs in chrome?

Buy Fire stick. You can install almost all app to fire stick itself, so you wont have to cast it which will save phone battery and wont heat it. So go for stick or wait till amazon host a sale and then buy.
Note: I am using fire stick (normal one, not 4k model) from december 2018. Its smooth and works good. Way better than my set top box. I already have 50 Mbps broadband connection, so now my tv viewing experience is optimal with minimum cost.
