BSNL and RCOM (if you want to kill yourself,please don’t) I think it’s 87/month 1GB/day, can’t say if it has free calling too

I love the Rs. 395 plan from BSNL, it’s not unlimited by any means but would suffice for most.
Validity 70 days
Free calls to BSNL phones 3000 minutes (overall for 70 days around 43 minutes per day)
Free calls to other networks 1800 minutes (overall for 70 days so 26 minutes per day)
2 GB data per day

Moreover, if you activate the plan via SMS by deducting the amount from your balance you get this for around Rs. 330 only.
