Tell me one thing Does google, facebook open?

If so then desidime wont be opening. Web address with https would be opening and web address with http wont opening.

@hackerboys This is a common issue for people who use a local ISP where hundreds or thousands of users browse with a single public IP address. The reasons could be one or more of the following:

(1) Some user in your ISP’s network is indulging in malicious stuff like spamming, bots, brute-force attacks, etc. You should check Project Honeypot for details on your specific IP: http://www.projecthoneypot.org/search_...hp

(2) The website you are visiting has some firewall rule which is being triggered for your IP.

Any solution? Well, not really. I am assuming changing your ISP is not a feasible solution. But if this is happening frequently only for a few specific websites you visit, you can try emailing the webmasters and request them to whitelist your IP.

In simple language
Being a local net user ,ur ip also belong to a lot of ppl
Wen these lot of ppl visit website again , the website feel like that ip(here it means you) are trying to harm them( ddos them),by again and again opening wesite
They loose confidence in you and want to make sure u r a genuine user and verify it by captch (code)

Solution
1 use a vpn
Or
2 switch service provider

I hope u r not sharing ur wifi pasword with others

@lostdrms , @DealSeeker
bro the ISP already assigned me static IP , ( and as much as i know that static IP means it belongs to me only )
so how can this IP be assigned to other user / users ??

like suppose my ISP has IP range from 199.23.22.01 – 199.23.22.255 , it means for 255 users each IP from the range is alloted … so how can any other use it …
can u throw some light on this plz

i checked my IP on honeypot . iam shocked its blacklisted https://cdn1.desidime.com/assets/textile-editor/icon_eek.gif

I dnt think local isp is giving a static ip to single person
They give u a ip and password to connect to their network
But lot a ppl use a same ip( ip of isp)
And ya ip can b black listed too
Call your isp u r paying them and ask them to solve ur problem

Ugh! Seems like you have completely forgotten the good info I and others gave you in your previous thread. Ref: http://www.desidime.com/forums/dost-and-dimes/t...

The static IP you are referring to is your private IP. Your public IP address is shared among hundreds or thousands of other subscribers of your local ISP. Getting a static public IP costs a lot. To give you an example, Airtel charges about 2000 per month in addition to your broadband plan charges to give a static public IP.

Please read my post in your earlier thread carefully to get a somewhat better understanding of computer networking otherwise you will keep having such confusions and keep going around in circles.

Yea I faced this issue too . Using a local broadband even Google used to ask captcha . It’s your ISP problem not yours
