Why my card got blocked

friends i am using Union bank Visa debit card , When i do transaction on freecharge after successful transaction my card blocked every time then i called to ubi cc they says 3 times wrong 3D secure password entered so card blocked, i am socked !!!! i am never entered wrong password, please help….

Free charge app is no more safe .They have integrated payment gateway .They can access our otps and most fearest is they can also access the password typed during transactions. Free charge what it is trying doing is not at all secure.
These PSU banks are problemetic…
GO to a decent bank HBFC or iCICI
Freecharge is monitoring even the netbanking payments in app. They are trying to connect the NB account with FC account.

Prabhu! Somebody must have got access to your card details. Why are you connecting this to freecharge? Inform your bank and ask them for details.

Have these “features” been introduced in the latest app? I am still on version 4.18. Besides I exclusively use it on BS . So I would nt know anything abt the app reading SMS and stuff.
