Manipulation of the terms and conditions to get mulltiple ( here multiple is also infinite.. never ending) benefits of everything … why is this not a crime? or is it already??
also smart dimers can say if this isnt a crime in india can some law be passed in future which can convert this into a crime act?
In any developed countries are there any such laws which make above a criminal punishable offence ? if yes whats the punishment and country name..

Most if the e commerce sites mentioned the T&C like that mis using promotions is violation and can be challenged. However, amazon implemented it in strong way to encourage genuine purchase, but they must know India is different market, they may become more stringent.
Such, excessive booking (>family members) is reducing the chances of other buyers who could not book even once in any loot. Whereas, we open our wallets for party without any hesitation ?

1) FK gave codes , due to heavy misuse , they stopped it !!
Although the ones who did genuine also lost ,….. thinking from FK point of view , they cant do anything except that !!

- BECAUSE THEY ARE PROMOTIONAL ACT OF COMPANIES TO MAKE THEIR AUDIENCE/CUSTOMER.*
In terms and conditions they always mention that making liability for their company is offe nce but they itself don’t follow it :/
This is similar to Income Tax, government collects indirect tax like VAT/Sales Tax from businesses/companies and not from customers….
Similarly consumers aren’t corporations, also if someone is looting, companies/startups have every right to stop them, if they failed to do so, that is their mistake and for the same reason customer/consumer should not be punished 
it works both ways. they loot most customers, some customers loot them. If its an offence, then both sides have to be punished.

Ek ye 19 female jab bhi mai koi post par comment karun vahin tapak jati hai ya pehle sai hoti hai dusra bro looting is crime if its beyond some limits and some dimers already faced this but simply looting as previously said is not a big deal its company’s own decisions to increase following or some other benefit……. If they cant afford they stopped it
