Will Amazon cashback get cancelled?

Hello guys, I bought an item today for cashload but unfortunately the product is damaged i.e packet is cut open. So, if I return/replace the pack, will I still receive 1000 cashback for loading 5 K?

Please confirm.

Yes you would since the balance would be in your amazon pay account anyway. I can tell you Amazon unlike HPGas etc will not come to your home in the middle of the night to refund your money…

Only way out is to talk to CC then
1. they will refund your product and ask you to dispose off the damaged item – so you would be eligible for 1K CB
2. They may raise replace request and ask u to return damaged item – so you would be eligible for 1K CB
Do not do it yourself from ‘Orders’ section, in that case system will track it as return/cancel and 1K CB would be in danger.
I did the same for last Fashion sale to get Rs1K CB as my order was for Rs5005 and I received only one peice out of two(Same-Item) so my 1K CB saved, although in my case they had to ultimately refund for that empty box – Yes they did deduct CB proportionately in the Refund.
