I was locked out in my home town can’t go to the work and my employer is marking as a loss of pay and will I get my salary during the lock down period
Note: I work for a private bank so there is no option of work from home .

For Banks i don’t know but my brother works in Pvt company and he has been given only half salary (as 14 days were completed before lockdown)
But u will surely get something. Don’t worry

In view of our Hon’ble Prime Minister’s appeal EPFO urges all its establishments not to cut salaries or resort to layoffs of their employees,unable to work due to Covid19 or lockdown. Let’s all stay united to continue our fight against the Covid19 pandemic.

State Govt’s has cut 50% salary for 90% employees…only class4 employees are spared with 10% cut
Bro report to your zonal office or regional office of your bank in area which you are currently living. ALSO leave a mail to branch original RO and Nearby RO with request to let you work from your nearest branch. they will consider your request.
Every salaried person is worried about his salary but think about businessman family. Nobody talking about them and they will bear a Hugh loss. Businessman relates to all class .
Was about to post. We are a small manufacturing firm and business was really good till Demo with growth of 20%+ since the past decade.
Demo curtailed our business growth (infact started declining since 2017), GST made it extremely difficult for survival and now this lockdown has just about killed it. No funds with us to pay salary/wages and in this moment, local SBI branch manager has sent us notice to clear our OD loan or that he will take action..
We genuinely want to pay salary/wages but have no solution in sight.
Never been this stressed in my life.
