I have all in one PC with core i3 5th generation and 4GB ram.
PC is not detecting hard drive so I purchased solid disk drive.
Earlier Windows 10 was running and the thing is I don’t have a recovery cd .
I have downloaded 32bit Windows 10 iso from Microsoft site my phone
CD drive is working and I have a bootable Windows 98 cd.
So the question is how to make a bootable USB drive using phone , transfer ISO file to that, and install new Windows 10 in my PC.
Suggestions will be appreciated.
Thanks

The process is quite simple
What you need
A pen drive more than 4 GB for win 10
Win 10 iso file (can get from Microsoft official site)
Another laptop or computer for making pendrive bootable
Rufus software available free from here :
https://ruf...e/
Everything how to do it is in above link.
After pd is made bootable go to your pc plug your pd start your pc it will show you option to bood from pd press any key if it didn’t go to boot menu and select pd from boot from pd from boot menu options.
After done re-start your pc it will show options go there windows will load do a clean install create drives as per need.
And install it all the drivers will be downloaded automatically.
Is there any android app to accomplish this thing.?

Rufus doesn’t work with Win98 (that you have)…
But, you can visit any CyberCafe or a friend with minimum 6GB USB and download Rufus on their PC/Laptop copy iso to their system.
Create bootable media with rufus, procedure is available over internet.
