RComm customer care services are next to f%$d up services.IVR is worst managed in the world.They charge u per minute for calling their customers care and they keep u waiting.I did for almost 11 mins just to check how Long they can taKe.BullsHit service from a bullshit provider.
There were some technical issues in reverting response from their end….Sooner or later the service company might loose all its customers who are just there because of lack of analytical skills.
@dexter2014 Buddy, they have same server down, link down or server upgrade response from more than 6 years. I took RCOM GSM and CDMA sim in 2011 when they were free with data also and whenever problem occured I was greeted with same response on CC 198. btw 198 is free why don’t u call it but again same response will be thrown. Better mail them or approach them on Twitter. Actually RCOM CC is paid by other companies not to solve customer problem so they leave RCOM. It is most mismanaged company on earth. They don’t care whatever u say but on mail and twitter they respond.
They have alreasy lost millions (to be precise 5.8 million) of customer after CDMA shutdown and number will keep increasing
