Worst experience with Amazon

There was a promotion in May for updating app and get Rs 100 on order. Orderered a item and wrote back to them . They told the GC will be given by 5 June . After 5 June wrote back to them nearly half a dozen of times but never got a reply . Chatted with them and they are asking me some blunder questions . I m irritated now and even a month there is no chance of getting the GC . Now when did Amazon start doing this chepo things .
