Just got my card today, i applied for the life time free card and they send me a Yes first preferred card. As i opted for the priority edge which was life time free and they send a preferred first card. Just called them and they said this card is lifetime free and it is reflecting in their account details.

Yes, i just did, was editing my post, when saw this post. They said it is life time free and that no yearly fees would be charged. But surprisingly they gave a low limit so i do not understand how they work. The existing HSBC card had a 4 lakh limit and they gave me one with a 2 lakh limit. As long as it is life time free , no worries. I am now going to close my SCB Platinum edge card as i am not using the same and i have to argue every year with them to reverse the charges, which is a pain.
Now this is height from YES bank. They have put my application on hold from last 20 days citing more documents where as sales guy is saying that why should we send documents when we have already sent them once. The backend team is not replying to mail from sales team asking reason why they need documents once again. Raised it on twitter and that social media escalation guy calls me after every 2 days that he is following up and will update me. This is like sarkaari bank where they internally don’t know what is happening. Now the twitter guy is asking for salary slips citing exclusive is their topmost card and they need to see customer profile. I bashed him saying what were you doing from last 1 month. 
Anybody who received exclusive here??

Do not have good opinion of yes bank. Have dealt with them in official capacity. Found professionalism absent.
Did anyone tried to do Standing Instruction on Yespay Now for CC? It seems there 2000 reward points on setting up of 2 Standing Instruction’s for YES PayNow.
I registered 3 bills & got 1000 points for each

Any reasons why it could be rejected. I have a very good CIBIL score. I hold diners premium and hdfc regalia.
Anybody holding Yes First Preferred? How to get the application accepted even if CTC is not 18L ? Holding Hdfc Regalia.
They may agree based on existing card and it’s limits.

I have preferred variant. This is most use(d)less card in my card holder. At times, yes bank rolls some offers for dormant accounts. And I make sure to take advantage of such offer. Refer to some of the deals I posted earlier.
