Your Reliance 4G WiPod upgraded plan

I was reliance CDMA postpaid customer and was on Rs.1499/- Truly Unlimited Plan, but customer care had promised that my plan will not get changed in 4G and i will be getting 25GB Unlimited 4G at same price.
But today they had send me mail, stating their plan as you can see in below screenshot.
By seeing their plan i am shocked, currently i am using JIO and i had kept that reliance postapid connection on safe custody, so now i am planning to terminate the connection by seeing their plans.
So dimers i want you opinions.

There have been lots of complaints about this device/plan issues and TRAI is contemplating a resolution for this. I read it somewhere but now unable to get the link, so try to hold it for a few more days and see if there is some positive outcome.
I had to pay the monthly bill tomorrow.
thanks you saved me. now will not do to compansate the fake wipod cost recovery.
can we unlock the wipod ?

Confirmed many times before upgrading to 4G from CC and every time they said that your plan will remain same and now we have received email that they are going to change plan as attached above ie. 5 GB for 1100… RCOM is not reliable at all.. they just looted us. First they forced us to shell out 800 rs for 4G dongle by giving false confirmation and after migration to 4 G they changed plan….If we knew this, i would have thought some other better options..

Yes, today i went to reliance office and gave them application to terminate my connection. Hope they will terminate it.

After upgrading from CDMA to 4G, i am not getting any signals at all indoors not even 2G
Indoor Network reception is very poor in bangalore for Reliance GSM
was anyone able to unlock ZTE WD670 (Reliance 4g dongle) ?
why do you terminate ? port it to other network prepaid…..
jio is big brother of rcom …..take a raid on customers luring….offers
