Zingoy gift card not delivered - No response from customer support

Yesterday I purchased an amazon gift card from Zingoy. Been over 24 hours now. Not yet delivered to email.
Raised a ticket but no response.
Facebook chat always gives an auto response – we are closed for the day.

Any idea – are others also facing such issue? Are they shutting down? Any way to contact them?

I dont think they manually deliver gift cards for each order. It is automatic. Still no response.

Go check in order details to see if its there… I never wait for emails and get the codes from the order sections and mark it redeemed right there. The first time I ordered it took 2 days for the email to arrive. Then learnt its already on the site..
