Zingoy is not giving my voucher, I Purchased

I purchased a Shoppers Stop voucher, on August 1st 2018. But Zingoy is not delivering it. I have raised the ticket, written 2 mails, followed them on facebook but I am not getting no response from their side. Are they fraud ?

@ZingoySupport placed 4 Amazon GV orders till now starting from 12th August no gv delivered till now. Please look into this @azzuridd
