Zingoy not refunding amount of failed order since 10 days
Hi guys
My order failed on 11th December, money got debited from bank account but hasnt been refunded till now . Bank is saying payment is successful from our end.
Zingoy is not replying back to support queries nor is @zingoysupport here.. What is the option left now ?

I contacted PayU Payments Private Limited (Payment Gateway) as the auto reply from Zingoy mentioned to contact the payment gateway.
From them i got to know that transaction is successful at merchant end as well.
PayU has suggested me to contact bank incase Zingoy doesnt reply back and file chargeback/dispute for this transaction.
Im forwarding the response from PayU to bank for dispute/chargeback. Lets hope for the best.
My money is also stuck zingoy sucks @ZingoySupport @Nigel @bumblefoot @anthrax.ut money stuck from 2nd december even they are not reply on emails disgusting
