Zingoy PayPal cashback not received

I’ve bought Paytm gift cards on zingoy via PayPal on April 10. This is my first transaction 😑.. But I’ve not received 50% PayPal cashback yet. I’ve contacted PayPal customer but they’re not replying properly. Anyone faced similar issue like this?

PayPal have all reasons to deny cashback
