Zingoy providing deactivated voucher

Hi.
My big bazaar voucher purchased from zingoy didn’t work on BB store. Voucher has validity of six months. When contacted big bazaar CC, they told the voucher is deactivated and I have to contact the seller.
Zingoy support replied my concern and told I should contact with 10 days of buying the voucher.
How could a buyer validate the voucher within 10 days without actually using it?
They surely provided a invalid voucher otherwise it would have worked within valid period.
