Q. What is Zomaland?
A. Zomaland is one of India’s largest Food Carnivals! We have a wide range of culinary delights, an assortment of fun games and an absolutely amazing artist line-up to ensure your weekend is truly what it should be – filled with Food, Fun and Frolic!

Q. Is the ticket valid for one day only? Is it a single-entry ticket?
A. Each ticket allows entry only for the date for which it has been purchased. Tickets are single entry only and no re-entry will be allowed into the venue.

Q. What all does the ticket include?
A. Regular Ticket is inclusive of entry to the venue only. VIP Tickets include express entry to the venue, access to the VIP lounge and fan pit area close to the performance stage.

Q. Do we need to pay for food and beverages or other activities inside the event?
A. Ticket includes entry to the event grounds and general access to artist performances. Food, beverages, games, etc. will be charged separately.

Q. Can I buy tickets at the venue?
A. Tickets will be sold at the box office at the venue, subject to availability. To avoid the possibility of missing out or standing in long queues, we strongly advise you to purchase them online.

Q. Where can I purchase tickets?
A. Event tickets are available for purchase on the Zomato App as well as on the Insider App and Web.

Q. Where do I collect my tickets?
A. In case of an online purchase, you can directly scan the tickets at the entry turnstiles. For tickets purchased at the venue, tickets will be given at the box office.

Q. Will I need to carry a photo ID along for ticket verification purposes?
A. Yes. It is mandatory to bring a government issued valid ID proof i.e. Passport, Driver’s License, PAN, etc.

Q. Are there additional charges for booking a ticket online?
A. Ticket prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and charges.

Q. What is the maximum number of tickets I can purchase?
A. A user can purchase a maximum of 10 tickets for each day of the event.

Q. Where can I read event terms?
A. The event terms are available on Insider & Zomato website and mobile application.

Q. Is there a parking facility at the event? Is it chargeable? Can you pre-book parking?
A. Yes, there will be a chargeable parking facility at the venue. Slots cannot be pre-booked and are available on a first come first serve basis.

Q. Is this a child friendly event?
A. Zomaland is designed for visitors of all ages! Children below the age of 6 have free entry when accompanied by an adult user.

Q. Is there a cloakroom/ locker for storage?
A. There are no storage arrangements available, any impermissible items will be not be allowed inside the venue.

Q. Is this a pet friendly event?
A. While we love pets, they will not be allowed inside the venue.

Q. Can I bring eatables or drinks to the event?
A. No outside eatables or drinks will be allowed inside the venue.

Q. Will there be any ATM machines at the venue?
A. ATMs will be available at the event venue. However, we advise you to carry adequate cash as per your requirement.

Q. Are cigarettes, e-cigarettes and vape pens allowed at the event?
A. Zomaland is a non-smoking event. Vape pens, cigarettes, lighters & e-cigarettes are also prohibited.

Q. Are strollers/prams allowed inside the venue?
A. Yes, strollers will be allowed for all kids below the age of 4.

Q. Is the event wheelchair accessible?
A. We are working to make Zomaland as accessible as possible. Wheelchair accessible toilets & separate queues into the event will be offered to all specially-abled people. Feel free to reach out to our ground staff & volunteers at the event for further assistance.

Q. Will there be any arrangement for weather conditions – rain, heat or cold?
A. The event will be held at an open-air ground. We advise you to carry adequate sunscreen, jackets, windcheaters, etc. as per the weather conditions on the day of the event.

Q. Can tickets be cancelled?
A. For cancellations up to 3 days from the event: 80% of the amount would be refunded. For cancellations within 3 days from the event: No amount would be refunded.

Q. Are there bathrooms on site?
A. Yes, separate male and female washrooms will be available at the venue.

Q. I have dietary restrictions. What do I do?
A. While our curation is done in a way that there will be something for everyone, we urge you to reach out to the restaurant before purchasing any eatables to ensure they are compliant with your dietary restrictions.

Q. Where can I check the artist line-up?
A. Once announced, you can check the line-up for each day on Zomato and Insider.

Q. Where can I see the culinary options?
A. Once announced, you can check the various options on the Zomato Website and Mobile Application.

Q. Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
A. Tickets are non-transferable.

Q. What is the difference between early bird and regular tickets?
A. ‘Early bird tickets’ refer to the limited tickets available at discounted prices.

Q. Are there any restrictions on permissible items in the venue?
A. Outside eatables, beverages, bottles, cans, tins, bags, laptops, illegal or hazardous substances or dangerous objects including but not limited to arms & ammunition, lighters, aerosols, match box and other flammable items, are not allowed inside the Event venue. Zomato reserves the right to confiscate these items and evict the User from the event if he/she is found to be in possession of such items.
