Please help me in a issue Regarding Refund

I placed an order on Zomato on 15/06/2019
of Rs. 215/- but my order was cancelled by zomato and instantly received a call from zomato executive he said my order was Cancelled and i will receive my refund in my payment source i paid through ( Union Bank of India Debit Card ) after that i received a email from zomato on 03/07/2019 " your Refund for order no. is processed and your RRN ( Refund Reference Number is 14 digit no. ) and your payment will reflect in account in 10 to 14 working days "
As i wait for whole july month for refund but amount was not credit and i also forgot to check my account statement .
But in August month i lodge a complaint in my Bank UBI (on a call) i share my all relevant details like RRN. Transaction date and etc. with my bank and they gave me a complaint no. and also said me to wait for next 30 days for a resolution i waited but after 30 days i called again my bank they said their executive lodge a wrong complaint please again lodge your new complaint and wait for next 30 days

And that so terrible because every time a new executive attend call i need to explain my concern to new executive they always gave me new Complaint no. But in last two calls i talked with their senior’s but they also not gave me any resolution and all executive said a same line " we will escalating your issue to our concern team and you will get your solution soon " .

But till date I have not received my amount back
And i made so many calls in bank regarding my concern but no response yet

I also chat with Zomato support regarding my concern but nothing resolve they said " contact to your bank because zomato already released my refund "
But bank said " We are not able to contact Zomato merchant regarding your issue "

As in last month i read a article by RBI regarding if bank not giving your transaction money back complaint in RBI they will help you to get your money with Rs. 100/- per day Intersest .

Please Dimers & Admin help me in this concern .

I call to RBI for my concern Rbi executive said me just lodge your complaint in Rbi cms portal and wait for another 30 days .

Your bank looks at fault bro, contact RBI banking ombudsman with your issue if 30 days have passed from the bank’s side
They would help out
