Zomato remove customer support on chat Option

Zomato has poor service..they even discontinued live chat option. All you can do is chat with bot that will gave you same reply for every question ( thanks to automation or ai), if anything goes wrong with your order then your money is good as gone. Some day before i read article that zomato cut job due to automation. Its all well paying off to Zomato but not us. So swiggy is excellent over customer support. I guess. As i use to live in hostel i often order(basically daily) but past few day i completely stop using zomato. I got wrong order with spoiled food and i wasn’t able to connect to support. Bot reply only drop mail and we have noted that you have faced difficulty with us. We will sure to pass feedback to restaurant.( As i care) . So i recommend only to order food from known restaurant so you can get your order right. I have dropped mail to Zomato. No reply since two day. Hope you can find it useful.

+100 ZOmato CC has become useless .. no real person behind to chat and no refund if you get spoiled food or spilled food

I uninstalled zomato 5months back
I always hate companies that have bad customer support in general.
If customer has bad experience , they don’t prefer that website/service anymore.
they fired around 600 people saying that these chat bot can handle customer service
tweet or email them
I get your point but what your instant remedy.. i order food not accesories. Hope you get it what i am trying to say. And also no response from mail yet.
Same thing happened with me, Zomato is pathetic now..they loot money from customes a lot and never helped in a good way…
I never use zomato to order, only swiggy and uber eats
