I had never faced any problem with Swiggy. I usually place 20-50 orders per month.

Didn’t face any issue with Zomato too but then they blocked my account. It was not their fault. wink

Swiggy is good.
Only their delivery charges are an issue. But swiggy super is a way to go for that.
I almost never use zomato.

Stopped using Zomato since they refused to provide refund on cancellation of a packaged item saying resturant had already started preparing ur order and refund isn’t issued to compensate them for their loss.

That’s standard practice across food delivery apps mate. Once the restaurant has accepted the order, they do not offer the refund or simply charge some cancellation fee. Doesn’t matter what kind of food item it is.

Irony is that when they cancelled order themselves..due to their unforseen circumstances..what they offer is THULLU. After wasting so much time. And some restaurant are even greater they accept order even when they don’t have stock or does want to fullfill order and ask to simply change or cancel order. Then god know where the so-called cancellation policy go.

Charging a cancellation fee is OK but that can’t be equal to order value.. atleast not for items where wastage issue isn’t there..
& swiggy has however provided me full refund, few times when cancelled, when orders were so like sweets etc.

I also had to fight with Zomato once for quantity issue. And i was asking only the difference of price between a full and half. They had problem even with that. They are horrible.
Swiggy and uber are no good either. Non existent customer support

I believe swiggy is better than zomato and uber eats. Once i ordered a pizza, they delivered it late and cold. When i talked to them about it, they gave me a RS 300 coupon for my nexzt pizza order. sunglasses
