As usual with Indian startups, these people are in a hurry to make money by cheating customers before they go bankrupt. I had made online payment for a delivery but the deliveryman, on seeing my parents alone begun asking for money. He fled after my parents told him that payment has already been made. Customer care later called for feedback later but they were more interested in offering me an extra 5% discount for writing favourable reviews in facebook & playstore than take my complaint.

It could be a coincidence
I have made payment after delivery guy arrived at my location too and I don’t think there is a way for the delivery guy to check unless he manually verifies each order online at the time of delivery
And yeah they do ask me everytime if the payment has been made
Same case with Pharmeasy too

Would they risk delivery and later realise that money has not been paid? They stand to lose the entire money if the customer chooses to be dishonest. And so I don’t think these people are so stupid.

They are cheaters… They show u products available….. When u order, they send SMS to pay online….. And when u pay online, they cancel ur order for non-availability reasons.

Later they show the same product in stock and take orders.

IN short, they are doing fake publicity with some discounted offers…..taking orders & cancellation s.

Once i had ordered 2 qty of same medicine and we weren’t home. Asked him to deliver it to my neighbour. When we received it it was only 1pc. Sure its not taken by neighbor.
