AMAZON SHUTTERBUG PHOTO CONTEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This Amazon Shutterbug Photo contest (“Contest”) is provided by Canon India Private Limited and Western Digital Limited (collectively, “Brands”) and made available on www.ama...in and its corresponding mobile application/site by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“Amazon”/“ASSPL”). Please read these these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) before participating in the Contest.
You agree that by participating in this Contest you will be deemed to have accepted these T&Cs, and any other terms and conditions that may be imposed by the Brands in relation to the Prize (as defined hereinafter). You acknowledge that you satisfy all Contest eligibility requirements.
These T&Cs are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use to which you agree by using Amazon.in. To the extent the Amazon.in Conditions of Use are inconsistent with these T&Cs; these T&Cs will prevail with respect to the Contest only. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter into this Contest.
For the purposes of these T&Cs, wherever the context so requires “You” or “Your” shall mean any natural person who is a participant in the Contest.
ELIGIBILITY:
You need to fulfil the following eligibility criteria to participate in this Contest:

(a) You should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India;
(b) You should have set India as your current country in your account settings on Amazon.in;
© You have a billing address within the territory of India; and
(d) You should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Contest.
Our employees, their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and our affiliates, advisors, advertising/promotion agencies (and their immediate family members) are not eligible to enter the Contest.
HOW TO ENTER:

This Contest will commence at 00:00:01a.m. (IST) on August 13, 2017 and end at 07:59:59 p.m. (IST) on August 15, 2017 (“Contest Period”).
In order to participate in the Contest, you must:
(i) Like ‘Amazon India’ i.e. the Facebook page of Amazon.in (“Facebook Page”).

(ii) Upload the original picture(s) clicked by you on the theme ‘Everything India’ (“Picture(s)”), tag Amazon India (our Facebook Page), use the hashtag #AmazonShutterbug and provide a caption of the uploaded Picture(s).
For the purpose of this Contest, every such person is hereinafter referred to as “Participant”.

Participants, who complete the steps provided in Sections 2 above during the Contest Period, will be eligible to participate in the Contest and the Picture(s) of such Participants will be reviewed by a panel of independent judges that will be selected by the Brands.
Thereafter, the panel of judges will select the top 15 Picture(s) of the Participants who will be entitled to win a Prize (defined hereinafter) each, subject to these T&Cs. The judges will determine the winners basis certain criteria, including but not limited to artistic and technical elements involved in the Pictures posted on our Facebook Page.
The selected winners will be eligible for winning the following:-
