1. Under the Airtel Fastest Mondays contest, users in India are encouraged to share their entry with Airtel India for a chance to win Amazon vouchers worth Rs. 1000.
2. To avail a chance to win the Contest, a person must share their answers on Airtel India’s official page on Instagram as a DM or response. The above is necessary to participate in the Contest for a person to qualify as a Participant.
3. The Campaign shall open on 29th April 2019 12 PM and shall close on 30thApril 2019 12 PM. (‘Contest Period’).
4. Entries being submitted by the Participants shall be judged based on the best answers. Only entries which fulfil this criteria of judgement will be eligible for the lucky draw. Airtel shall not be responsible or obligated to inform participants about the status of their entry.
5. Winners will be chosen basis the best entries. There can be a maximum of 10 winners under this Contest. One user can be judged winner only once throughout the contest. Airtel India shall not be held liable/ obligated to answer for queries for a participant’s entry or pertaining to winning or losing the Contest, or to the process of selecting the winners.
6. Winners shall be informed of their win by Airtel through Instagram on Airtel’s official page on the respective social media platform. The winner must respond within 24 hours with a confirmation and the required details. If the winner does not respond, the next eligible person in the draw will be considered. In such a case, the first winner automatically surrenders his/her right to the prize and shall not make any claim hereunder.
7. The winners of the Contest will be given Amazon vouchers worth Rs. 1000/- by Airtel (“Contest Prize”). This prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable and there will be no cash alternative. The winner shall be responsible for any additional, incidental expenses required to be incurred to avail of the Contest Prize. The terms and conditions of Amazon for any purchase on their website shall be applicable on the users.
8. The Participants must post their entries along with the requisite posts within the Contest Period in order to be eligible to win the Contest Prize.
9. The decision of Airtel to select the winners of the Contest is up to the sole discretion of Airtel and shall be final and binding on the Participants.
10. These Terms and Conditions shall constitute an agreement between Airtel and each Participant and by posting the card as an entry in the Contest and tagging it as per requirements of the present terms and conditions, you accept the same as binding upon you.
11. The terms and conditions of usage of Facebook and Twitter continue to be applicable upon you as a user of the platform.
12. Airtel will be entitled to postpone, suspend, modify or cancel the Contest or any aspect thereof, across the entire territories of service or any part thereof, at any time before or during the Contest with or without notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to, acts of God, force majeure, technical difficulties, or any other reasons beyond Airtel’s reasonable control. If Airtel suspends or cancels the Contest in the interim, all aspects of the Contest shall be null and void. Airtel will not be liable to compensate any Eligible Customer for any postponement or cancellation or for any reason directly or indirectly arising out of this Contest.
13. Please note that the statements in these terms and conditions do not constitute any general representation from Airtel regarding Airtel’s services or its availability. Airtel’s wireless telecommunication network is available on an ‘as is where is available’ basis and Airtel makes no representation, guarantee or warranty regarding the availability, fitness for any specified purpose or error free operation of the network. Network availability may be affected due to various reasons including force majeure, acts of god, inclement weather, topographical/ geographic/ demographic factors, maintenance work, availability of interconnection with other networks, etc.
14. Any dispute or claim (contractual or non-contractual) arising out of or in relation to this agreement, including disputes as to its formation, will be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian laws. Subject to the point above, Airtel and the Participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at New Delhi alone.
