Put your sim in LTE slot and try and your sim Should be new or upgraded to 4G SIM.

if u dont have 4g signal then dont use internet….last time they taken charges from phone balance…(i read last time….dont know exactly)

You’ll get that msg If you have not selected Network mode as 4g on that particular sim.. You’ll get msg as ‘Sorry, not eligible for this offer’ if you are not eligible.. so.. try calling by setting network mode as 4g…
