First go to phonepe and recharge your jio number of exact ₹500
Go to myjio app, recharge option then select ₹498 plan and pay using your main balance (₹500 will be shown)

now Jio also removed Recharge option from Main balance.
I don’t know why all operators removing this option & creating daily tensions to us. Though they recving my real money of 700 with Tax of 10% finally I received 630 talktime . But still they want us to Recharge again-and-again via other options. This Is all only for their profit and creating daily tensions.
Then what the use of my MainBalence of 630?

So we need to raise complaints to TRAI . I also complained to TRAI. SO PLEASE LET ALL COMPLAINT TO (TRAI)& (JIO)
I had some doubts so few days back I recharged from main Balance. I don’t need to recharge till june 19

Why all networks creating daily additional Tensions.
One network WARN U to Recharge with 35 otherwis validity will expire
Another network Takes 449 rupees & doesn’t provide even 1mb data in 3 months , that’s what happend to all Airtel-3G users in the last month.
One network Disables MainBalence option.
Another network doesn’t connect to Customer care also.
So please raise complaints to TRAI.
