The Contest shall be valid from 01/05/2018 to 30/06/2018 only and is part of the Gibson Innovations India Pvt Ltd Campaign held at select outlets in India. The Contest is open to all citizens of India (excluding the state of Tamil Nadu) and above the age of 18 years as on the start date of the Contest. In order to participate in the contest, it is necessary that the participants have purchased Philips HomeAudio range at the select Outlets and carry the valid voucher received from the respective outlet.
During the Contest Period 12 daily winners will be awarded Rs.1000 Movie GV for a contest period of 45 days and 1 Harley Davidson Street 750 Bike will be awarded to a winner who will be selected End of the Contest. Each winner shall be eligible subject to the conditions duly fulfilled by the shortlisted winner. (Contest Duration daily will be only from 9AM to 9PM).
Scheme is valid only on purchase of selected products.
This offer is not exchangeable for “cash” or for sale.
Discount is offered on minimum of 1 movie ticket and on maximum of 1 transaction only, irrespective of the number of tickets booked on one promo Code. The balance cost (after discount) of the ticket will be charged to the credit/ debit card of the end user.
If the value of the movie ticket is less than the value of the voucher, the balance is non-refundable and cannot be carried forward or used in any other transaction.
It is clarified that:
“Bike” shall mean and imply a Harley Davidson Street 750, at the ex-showroom Price.
“Price” shall mean the ex-showroom basic price of the bike and not the “on-road” price and specifically excludes all taxes, registration costs, insurance, octroi, levies, etc. (as may be applicable).
All forms of taxes, including income tax, gift tax, road tax, levies or other taxes, registration charges, insurance, etc. will be borne by the winner.
All winners will need to submit the respective gift tax within 15 days of the announcement of results failing which the winner may be deemed, in Gibson Innovations Pvt Ltd. sole discretion, to have forfeited his win. Gibson Innovations India Pvt Ltd reserves the right to reallocate the prize to another participant.
Customers who are registered will only be eligible for the prize.

The prizes are personal to the winners and are not transferrable and cannot be sold under any circumstances. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or kind. No request for change in make, model, color, specifications. of the bike will be entertained.
Gibson Innovations India Pvt Ltd accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winning. Tax has to be borne by the winner. Winner will have to bear incidental costs, if any, that may arise for redemption of the Prizes
Gibson Innovations India Pvt Ltd will offer product warranty in case it is offered by manufacturer and all claims towards warranty need to be taken up with the manufacturer/distributor directly.
The participation in the promotion is purely voluntary and the same shall be construed as an acceptance of the terms and conditions stipulated herein

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Gurgaon only.
