ALIVE- Rs 50 Paytm Discount Offer
This Offer (the “Offer”) is available to all users who download the ALIVE app on their iOS or Android based mobile phones & do a registration using Facebook Id till the Offer is displayed on www.alive...om. (“Offer Period”). ALIVE App is currently a free Augmented Reality Application from Times Internet Limited (TIL).
User who downloads the ALIVE App register through his/her Facebook will get free Rs.50 recharge coupon from Paytm (“Coupon”).
This offer is a limited period offer and is applicable only for the Facebook registrations on Alive app.
There will be only 1 coupon per Facebook ID & Device ID during the entire duration of the offer.
Users need to redeem Rs. 50 recharge coupon through their Paytm app only and shall be subjected to deduction of applicable taxes, duties and or levies as per the Terms and Conditions of the respective telecom operator. A user needs to verify his/ her Paytm account (email and phone) to be able to use the coupon.
This offer is also applicable for Post-Paid mobile customers who download the ALIVE App as mentioned above. The Post-Paid customers can use the Coupon as per the time limit specified by their respective telecom operator.
Rs. 50 Recharge coupon can be used for single or in tranches. For utilization in tranches, the Coupon once used will be tagged to the user’s device/mobile number for the balance amount and will not be permitted to be used by any other user/device/mobile number.
Rs. 50 Recharge coupon can be used/redeemed only by one User/Email/Mobile number.
The coupon can be utilized against Post-paid, Prepaid Mobile, DTH Data Card transactions on Paytm app. Further, the Coupons shall be utilized subject to the availability of denominations and Billing process with the respective service operator or circle.
The coupon is valid only on Paytm App and should be utilized on or before till 15th Aug 2015.
The user is required to ensure that he/she enters a valid recharge while utilizing the Rs. 50 Recharge coupon as provided by her/his operator within their respective circle otherwise the transaction might fail.
This offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis and participation of eligible users is voluntary. Users can use the TIL service without this offer too.
This offer is only applicable for the Android and iOS users, who are residing in India barring all users in Jammu and Kashmir and North East States of India (Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Mizoram, Nagaland and Tripura) and also Post-paid users of Aircel, MTS across IndiaPost-paid users of Reliance GSM in, Bihar, HP, Kolkata, MPCG, Orissa, West Bengal.
This Offer is not valid for Add cash transaction offered by Paytm.

TIL shall at its sole discretion and based on the utilization of the Alive app by the User give a Rs 50 discount coupon which can be redeemed through Paytm app (iOS and Android). The said Coupon will be valid for transactions of Rs. 50 and more. Rs. 50 discount coupon is also applicable for Post-Paid mobile customers, Post-Paid customers can use the coupon without any time limit unless until specified by a telecom operator. It is hereby clarified that TIL shall be at sole discretion of determining the user eligibility for Rs 50 discount.
The decision of TIL in respect of all transactions under this offer shall be final and binding and no correspondence shall be entertained in this regard.
This offer is exclusive to any other offer run by TIL and is non-transferable. No substitution will be given nor shall any exchange or redemption for an equivalent cash amount or in any other form be allowed under any circumstances.
TIL shall not be responsible or liable for any failure, error, omission or delay in transmission of any message or transaction in relation to the offer for any reason whatsoever. The decision as regards the receipt or non-receipt of messages, or the success or failure of transactions shall solely lie with the Paytm and its partners and shall be treated as conclusive for all purposes.
TIL reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this offer or any part thereof at its sole discretion at anytime during its validity as may be required in view of business exigencies and/or changes by regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and shall be binding on the subscriber.
All services including the offer shall be availed by users in compliance with applicable laws and TIL reserves the right to withdraw its services including this offer to any user, who violates any law, violates these terms and conditions or attempts to commit any fraud in relation to the offer.
TIL decision will be final and binding in relation to any violation of terms and conditions of this Offer, and any fraudulent or unsocial activities. Fraudulent activities include, but are not limited to, trying to earn Coupons unreasonably (free Rs. 50 recharge Coupon) by repeat installing and activating the app on the same mobile number or device or on emulators or any other restricted practice.
TIL is neither responsible nor guarantees the quality of the services being offered as redemption nor is liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/availed, by the subscribers under this offer.
The benefits under the offer are neither assignable nor transferable under any circumstances. All the prizes shall be subject to such other terms and conditions as may be applicable to specific prizes and shall have to be duly complied with by the User who is awarded with the Coupons (“Winner”).
The Offer to all Users shall be subjected to compliance with all applicable statutory legislations/ processes /formalities in connection with the prizes and on production all such documents/papers as required by TIL before accepting the delivery of the Coupons. Any failure on the part of the Winner/s to comply with directions issued by TIL for claim of prize shall entitle TIL to forfeit the prize/s.
All coupons are subject to deduction of any applicable taxes, costs and /or levies and shall be exclusively borne by the Winner.
The employees of TIL shall not be eligible for this offer.
Decision of TIL or Paytm regarding all transactions under this offer shall be final and binding and no correspondence shall be entertained in this regard.
Participation in this offer shall be treated as unconditional acceptance by the participating User to all the applicable terms and conditions mentioned herein.
This offer is subject to guidelines/directions issued by any relevant legal/statutory authority from time to time.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, under no circumstance shall TIL, its directors, employees or agents be liable to any user for personal injury, or any special, incidental, indirect, punitive or consequential damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits or revenues, goodwill, failure to transmit or receive any data, loss of confidential information, business interruption, loss of privacy, corruption or loss of data, failure to receive or backup the user’s data (or archived data), for any cause of action, including contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise and any other loss whatsoever arising out of or in any way arising from or related to the offer, or following a failure, suspension or withdrawal of all or part of the offer at any time, any third party content, software or functions used in connection with the offer even if TIL or any or all of its agents have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The user agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless TIL, its subsidiaries, affiliates and agents and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, successors and assigns from and against any claim, proceeding, loss, damage, liability, cost, demand or expense (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) of any kind arising out of: (i) any breach by the user of their obligations under these terms; (ii) User’s violation of the rights of a third party, including but not limited to infringement of any intellectual property, proprietary right or trade secret of any person or entity, or of any privacy or consumer protection right that is implicated herein; (iii) any violation of law or contractual obligation and any claims, demands, notices pursuant to such violation; (iv) User’s negligence or wilful misconduct.
TIL shall not be liable to the user for any eventuality caused directly or indirectly by any act of God, wars (declared or undeclared), insurrections, acts of terrorism, acts of governments or boycotts, lockouts and other civil unrest, or any act of similar nature beyond TIL’s reasonable control.
Even if one or more provisions of these terms are held to be unenforceable under applicable law(s), the remainder of these terms shall be valid and enforceable. These terms and conditions are governed by Indian Laws. All disputes arising out of this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at New Delhi.

I did get a notification to collect my 50 Rs. Paytm coupon.. but the My Rewards section is loading. .and m unable to view it…

had to click login multiple times to get through.. very poor app..
