no, there is no Indian VPN available.

what is Proxy : (For Application, eg: for firefox, chrome like that)

application proxy => you need to configure

you enter proxy details, mostly ip, port number, username, password to every application you want to use..
eg: if youu use firefox, skype, system updates, remote desktop..everything applications need to add that proxy details one by one to work, if you forgot to add proxy details to one application means, it use your own network.

Now connected to vpn provider

shall we use these to enter sites through college wifi..? my college wifi can connect .but when trying to surf it asking user id password. I know the password. but don’t know user id. is there any solution,?
