Get scratch card for sending or getting more than 50Rs to/from anyone. There is a loophole in this. We can send/receive money from same old number and still get scratch card.
Maximum 5 cards/week. I didn’t try to send/receive money from/to same contact 2 times in a week.

Hi Bro…u can send to old contact and receive the scratch cards….but the condition is if you received money previously for that particular person with the scratch card then you won’t receive again. you will get better luck next time. one pair each sender one time each receiver one time receiving is the only possible condition.
