TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE LUCKY NUMBER 5 OFFER

Please read these terms and conditions (the “Offer Terms”) before entering the ‘Lucky number 5’ promotional offer (the “Offer”). You agree that, by submitting an entry, you will be bound by these Offer Terms and you acknowledge that you satisfy all Offer requirements.

To enter the Offer you must download the Amazon.in Application (“App”), sign in on the App and correctly answer the qualifying question posted on the App event page.
Every 5th (fifth) participant who signs in on the App and answers the qualifying question correctly will receive an Amazon.in Gift Card amounting to INR 250.
Amazon.in Gift Cards (“Gift Cards”) are issued by QwikCilver Solutions Private Limited (“QwikCilver”), a private limited company incorporated under the laws of India and can be redeemed on www.ama...in (“Amazon.in”) across all products available on Amazon.in, excluding ebooks and apps.
These Offer Terms are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale to which you agree by using the App and the terms and conditions applicable for the Amazon.in Gift Card (“Gift Card Terms”) issued by QwikCilver. To the extent the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale are inconsistent with these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms will prevail with respect to the Offer only. To the extent the Gift Card Terms are inconsistent with these Offer Terms; these Offer Terms shall prevail with respect to the Offer only.
The Offer will be valid only within time period beginning at 00:00:01 a.m. (IST) on 6th August, 2016 and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. (IST) on 7th August, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as “Offer Period”) unless revoked by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“Amazon”) in its sole discretion without any prior notice.
Only participants who download and sign in on the App for the first time and fulfill the other requirements of this Offer will be eligible to receive an Amazon.in Gift Card amounting to INR 250. There are no cash or other alternatives available in whole or in part.
The Amazon.in Gift Card will be sent to the registered email ID of the participant with Amazon.in on or before 31st August, 2016. You acknowledge and agree that decisions related to the Offer shall be decided in the sole discretion of Amazon and shall be final and binding on you.
This Offer cannot be combined with any other offer of Amazon or promotion running on Amazon.in.
Amazon.in Gift Cards will expire one year from the date of issuance by QwikCilver. Amazon.in Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Amazon.in Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law.
Amazon reserves the absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any of the Offer Terms at any time without prior notice.
Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore only.
