Download their cloud app on windows/linux/mobile device to get upgraded to 1024 GB.
I know its not smart to upload sensitive personal data to a foreign website but mail.ru is a leading website in russia and i think this service can be useful to store music, videos and other collections to access conveniently from anywhere .

Tencent operates under QQ brand in China. QQ messanger, QQ mail id, QQ browser is one of the most popular service in China. They have approx 800m active account at end of Dec 2013.
Can I access this 10 TB space from desktop or its only thru mobile app?
BTW google drive offers 15GB ree space per id, do we really need more than 15 GB?
Also my personal suggestion to avoid Chinese sites. They use everything for spying the world. You dont know if 10 TB free space is for that purpose only. (my voice – I hate to use any of their service, even if its free. i will better create multipple account of google drive, dropbox, skydrive, etc)
Infact “wechat” messanger we see parineeti chopra advt in tv is also a polular chinese brand messanger.
