This Quiz Time Contest (“Contest”) is brought to you by Medlife International Private Limited and made available to you by Medlife International Private Limited. Please read these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) before entering the Contest. You agree that, by participating in this contest, you will be bound by these T&Cs and you acknowledge and agree that you satisfy all Contest eligibility requirements as provided herein below. These T&Cs are in addition to the Medlife’s Conditions of Use to which you agree by using www.medli...om and its mobile/tablet application or mobile site thereof (collectively hereinafter referred to as “Medlife”).

To the extent the Medlife Conditions of Use are inconsistent with these T&Cs; these T&Cs will prevail with respect to the Contest only. For the purposes of these T&Cs, wherever the context so requires “You” or “Your” shall mean any natural person who is a participant in the Contest.

• This Contest will commence on 8th September to 30th September 2019 from 12:00:01 p.m. (IST) to 11:59:59 p.m. (IST) (“Contest Period”).
• You can participate by navigating to the Quiz page where 3 (three) Contest questions will be posted during the Contest Period.
• Thereafter, if you answer all the quiz Contest questions correctly, you will be entitled to a lucky draw which will be carried out amongst participants who have answered all the Contest quiz questions correctly.
• The draw of lots will be carried out at the end of the Contest Period and a total of 10 (ten) participants will be selected as winners by a random draw of lots.
• The declared winner(s) will be eligible for winning Medlife Goodies (hereinafter referred to as “Prize(s)”.
• Each winner will be eligible for winning one Prize under this Contest only. 8. Each winner will be required to claim the Prize as per the requirements prescribed below in these T&Cs.

You need to fulfill the following eligibility criteria to enter the Contest:

• You should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India;
• You should have set India as your current country in your account settings on medlife.com;
• You have a billing address within the territory of India;
• You should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Contest; and
• You should have a valid proof of identity and age in the form of a copy of PAN Card / Driving License / Voter ID / Indian passport. Employees of Medlife, their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and Medlife’s affiliates, advisors, advertising/Contest agencies are not eligible to enter the Contest.

By entering the contest, you consent to being placed on a promotional list for Medlife.

• Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
• Eligible entries are ones that satisfy the eligibility criteria of all correct answers and follow the steps outlined in the ‘Details of the Contest and the How to Enter’ section above.

The drawing for the selection of the winners of the Contest will be aggregated at the end of every week. We will notify the selected participants by call/SMS following the draw (“Notification Date”). By agreeing to participate and enter into this contest, you agree that you have a valid proof of identity and age in the form of a copy of PAN Card / Driving License / Voter ID / Indian passport and may be required to share the said documents with Medlife as and when requested. The selected participants will automatically forfeit their claim to the Prize if they do not meet the eligibility criteria or do not comply with these T&Cs. Further, all selected participants will need to claim the Prize within 30 days from the Notification Date, failing which such selected participants will be construed to have forfeited the Prize. The procedure of claiming the Prize will be as instructed by Medlife, wherein you may be required to visit appropriate web-links and provide requisite details. Each Prize will be awarded “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part. However, in circumstances beyond our control, we may substitute a similar alternative prize of equal or greater value in our sole discretion. If any selected participant does not respond back to any communications sent in relation to the Contest within the time period communicated by Medlife, or answers the Contest question incorrectly, he/she shall not be eligible to be declared the winner of the Prize.

After we confirm the winner/s, we will contact the winners individually through email/SMS. We will also post the winners names on this at the end of every week.
