(Each transaction meeting the aforesaid requirements being referred to as a “Qualifying Transaction”).
Cashback for a Qualifying Transaction will be provided in the form of Amazon Pay Balance. Amazon Pay balance is a sum of all balances associated with Amazon Gift Cards.
