they are not charging upto 500 rupees(means for the first 25kms)
If your travel is below 25kms no need to pay any money.. Or your bill is under 500 rupees no need to pay any money
Also waiting time for every 1minute its 1 rupee(so be on time)
this waiting charge will be included in your bill..

I called them on 15 evening, they were ready to book till night but not from 16 Sep. Told me that it ended on 15 Sep.
