If you read the terms and conditions properly, in the last line they have written that this offer will be valid from 5th referral. That means the Rs. 100 per refer will be provided after 4 successful refers. The Rs. 500 can’t be transferred until you do 4 successful referrals.
So, it’s indirectly saying Rs. 100 for both the people from the start.
