Terms and Conditions:

1. Participation in this campaign is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Offer commences on 01.05.2020 and closes at 12.00 pm IST (midnight) on 30.06.2020 or till 10 lac customers use this referral scheme for enrolment which ever is earlier- (“Offer Period”). Any entries received after “Offer period” will not be considered.

3. Entry to this offer shall be treated as void wherever such offers are prohibited under local laws.

4. By entering this offer, you agree that the information provided by you may be used by Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOCL) for the administration of the selection. We may also use the information to carry out research about this offer or communicate future promotions to you.

5. This offer is open to all Indian Citizens aged 18 or over, as on 1st April 2020 and residing in India only.

6. Under this campaign, both the referrer and referee will be incentivized for referring and getting enrolled to virtual XTRAREWARDS program and thanking our customer attendants. The Referee should enter the mobile number of the referrer while enrolling for XTRAREWARDS program in the portal( https://coronawarriors.xtrarewards.com). During the enrolment, the referee will be prompted to thank the customer attendants and Rs 15/-(equaling 50 XRPs) will be allocated to Customer Attendants point’s pool after each enrolment. The referee will get 50 bonus XRPs immediately on his enrolment.33.4 bonus XRPs will be awarded to the referrer after the referee has successfully enrolled on XTRAREWARDS platform. This amount allocated to customer attendants point’s pool will be later distributed among the customer attendants (our corona warriors) after the campaign is completed.

7. The referee can also start referring this campaign to his friends/family (and hence become a referrer) after successfully enrolling in XTRAREWARDS program

8. The bonus XTRAREWARDS points will be credited to the respective XTRAREWARDS account within 24 hours of the enrolment on XTRAREWARDS platform.

9. This offer is valid only on enrolment of Virtual XTRAREWARDS program only and if the referred customer is not an existing XTRAREWARDS member.

10. A referrer should be an existing XTRAREWARDS member and can refer maximum of 50 members to this program during the Offer period. If the referrer refers more than 50 members, the referrer will be eligible to get incentives only for a maximum of 50 referrals. However, all the members who have been referred by the referrer and who have enrolled using the referrer’s mobile number as referral code will get the incentive of 50 XTRAREWARDS points each on successful enrolment.

11. The campaign would run from 01.05.2020 to 30.06.2020 or till 10 lacs customers are enrolled through this offer whichever is earlier.

12. Only those Referral codes which have been entered properly will be eligible for getting incentives in this campaign.

13. The offer is not transferable and cannot be exchanged/redeemed for cash. No cash claim shall be entertained in lieu of the offer. This offer may not be combined with any other IOCL Promotional or Discount Offer.

14. Indian Oil Corporation Ltd, shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered as a result of participating in the offer or enjoying the incentive bonus points.

15. The decision of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. is final and binding and is non-contestable including the distribution of allocated funds (Customer Attendants point’s pool )among the customer attendants(corona warriors). Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. reserves the right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of this offer at any time without prior notice. No correspondence would be entertained on this account.

16. IOCL reserves the right to audit all claims/winning entries to ensure that the Terms and Conditions of the promotion have been met. IOCL may request additional information regarding copy of payment charge-slip against the claim as supporting document.

17. Apart from the entitlement to the incentives, the winner or his/her legal heirs will have no rights or claims against IndianOil or its partners.

18. As a general rule no correspondence will be entered into. Any correspondence would be at the discretion of IndianOil.

19. The submission of false, incorrect, misleading or fraudulent data or documentation may result in disqualification from this promotion and from future IOCL promotions. The submission of false, misleading or fraudulent information may result in the claimant being subject to civil or criminal liability.

20. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai
