This share to win contest (“Contest”) is provided and made available to you by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“Amazon”) in relation to the Amazon Prime Music service / offering which can be availed on the website www.music.ama...in and the site thereof and the ‘Amazon Music’ mobile application (“Amazon Prime Music”).
Please read these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) before participating in the Contest.
You agree that, by participating in this Contest, you will be bound by these T&Cs and any other terms and conditions that may be specified by Amazon in relation to the Prize (defined below). You acknowledge that you satisfy all eligibility requirements of the Contest, as specified below.
These T&Cs are in addition to the terms and conditions applicable to the use of Amazon Prime Music and the digital properties where Amazon Prime Music is available. To the extent such terms and conditions are inconsistent with these T&Cs; these T&Cs will prevail with respect to this Contest only. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, Amazon may revoke this Contest T&Cs at any time without any prior notice.
For the purposes of these T&Cs, wherever the context so requires “You” or “Your” shall mean any natural person who is a participant in the Contest.

ELIGIBILITY:
You need to fulfill the following eligibility criteria to enter the Contest:

(a) You should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India;
(b) You should have set India as your current country in your account settings on Amazon Prime Music;
© You have a billing address within the territory of India; and
(d) You should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Contest.

Amazon’s employees, their immediate family members (spouses, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and their affiliates, advisors, advertising/Contest agencies are not eligible to enter the Contest.

DETAILS OF THE CONTEST AND HOW TO ENTER
This Contest will commence on December 22, 2018 and end on December 26, 2018 (both days inclusive) (“Contest Period”).

In order to participate in the Contest, during the Contest Period, you must:

(i) Login to Amazon Prime Music;
(ii) Search for any song or album or playlist on Amazon Prime Music;
(iii) Share such searched song or album or playlist on the Facebook page of Amazon.in or on your Twitter account using the hashtag ‘#AmazonBestof2018’ in the tweet; and

• Tag (using ‘@’) the Facebook page AmazonPrimeMusicIN / Twitter handle AmazonPrimeMusicIN of ‘Amazon Prime Music’.*

Amongst all participants, first 20,000 participants who complete the above steps, i.e. make the post as described above, will be eligible to receive a reward of INR 100 each as Amazon Pay balance (“Prize”).

Each winner will be eligible to win only 1 Prize under this Contest.

It is clarified that only the first post made by a participant in accordance with these T&Cs will be considered for the purposes of this Contest. Multiple posts using single Twitter or Facebook account will not be considered for the purposes of this Contest. Anyone found using multiple Twitter or Facebook accounts to enter the Contest will be ineligible.

PRIZES
The Prize under this Contest will be provided to the winner in the form of Amazon Gift Card, issued by QwikCilver Solutions Private Limited, redeemable as Amazon Pay balance associated with the Amazon.in account of the winner. The use and redemption of the Amazon Gift Card(s) and the use of Amazon Pay balance will be governed by the applicable terms and conditions.

By entering the Contest, you consent to being placed on a mailing list for promotional and other materials for Amazon. You may update or change your email preferences at the email preferences page.

OTHER CONTESTS
Please note that Amazon may be running similar Contests or promotions at the same time as this Contest. By entering this Contest, you will not be eligible to receive any benefit awarded in any other promotion/ Contest unless you enter each promotion/ Contest separately.
