• What is the offer?

• The “Tap And Win” Offer will commence at 00:00 Hours on June 1st 2020 and end at 23:59 Hours on Thursday, June 30th, 2020 (Offer Period). 

• Only users who make a purchase from Flipkart during the month of June 2020 would be eligible to participate. 

• The Offer may be removed at the discretion of Flipkart/participating seller(s) 

• You can participate in this offer by tapping on the given banner. On clicking the banner, the Customer will receive a reward. Participants will stand a chance to win a reward out of the multiple rewards or may receive Better Luck Next Time. 

• It shall be at the sole discretion of Flipkart to choose from the rewards for the customers who will participate in this construct. 

• Customers cannot choose between the rewards under 

any circumstances. 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

PRELIMINARY • By participating in Tap and Win offer, the user (“You” or “Your”) agrees to be bound by: • these terms and conditions (“T&C”); and 

• the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions for Gift Cards (http://www.flipkart.com/buy-gift-v...er) and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on www.flipka...om (“Website”), Flipkart Mobile App, Flipkart Lite Platform (all three collectively “Platform”), which are owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (“Flipkart”, “We” or “Our”). 

OFFER DETAILS 

• Users will be able to purchase from this offer in the month of July from 1st July, 2020 to 31st July, 2020. The offer redemption period will not be extended further 

• In case the order is cancelled by the customer, the customer will not be eligible for another purchase from the offer. 

• Reward will be available in the “My Coupons” section in Flipkart account 

• To avail the Offer you must do/ fulfill the following: • Age must be 18 years or above; 

• Must have a valid account on the Platform and log in using the same on the Flipkart Mobile App and mobile website or Flipkart Lite only (the contest will not be available for participation on the Flipkart Website); 

• The Offer is available only to Users who have not purchased Products on the Platform before (Eligible User). 

• You will need to login to the Flipkart account using your registered Flipkart email address/ mobile number to be eligible for the coupon 

• The Offer can be availed only once by You and only against one purchase during the Offer Period. 

• You acknowledge and confirm that You are aware of the nature of telecommunications/ internet services and that an email transmission may not be received properly and may be read or be known to any unauthorized persons. You agree to assume and bear all the risks involved in respect of such errors and misunderstandings and Flipkart shall not be responsible in any manner.
