Got the same offer activated in an Idea SIM 2 days back. Received message to dial 121363 after switching to a 4G handset.
And in yet another Idea SIM I think the same offer has been automatically activated but its 32 days and its still running…

I m porting out of Vodafone. We can’t dial toll free numbers from Vodafone prepaid. I observed this many yes. Just recently I called big basket on their 18001231000 number and Vodafone deducted all my main balance amount.
I wanted to inform you that 18601231000 is bigbasket’s customer care number and not 18001231000.
Also the numbers starting from 1860 are premium number for which you would be charged at some premium rates. And numbers starting from 1800 are toll free number.
I would also like to inform you that you can even call the premium numbers (i.e 1860) for free from JIO.
So I’m a RED Postpaid user barely activated 3 days back and the offer isn’t valid for me . The IVR gave me following response:
- Must be SIM older than 90 days
- Should have inserted SIM 1st time in a 4G enabled handset
