Hitachi EMI Offer
1. Customers are eligible for 10% cashback on select Hitachi Air Conditioners on all transactions made at Pinelabs enabled POS terminals.

2. This offer is valid on FULL SWIPE and EMI transactions made at Pinelabs enabled POS on American Express® Credit Cards only.
3. Offer is valid from 28th April 2017 to 13th May 2017.
4. The cashback will be processed to the Card account within 90 days of making the purchase.
5. Offer is applicable on purchase of only 1 Air Conditioner per Card during the offer period.
6. Supplementary Cards are also eligible for the offer.
7. Customers are advised to retain the charge slip till 180 Days from the date of purchase.
8. On conversion of EMI through Customer Service post the purchase, interest rate of 17.88% p.a will be applicable.
9. If the customer doesn’t receive the cashback amount, he/she can claim for the same within 120 days from the transaction date. In the
event the Cardmember fails to do so, he/she will not be eligible for the cashback amount.
10. Service tax of 15% (includes Swachh Bharat Cess @0.5% and KrishiKalyanCess @ 0.5%) w.e.f June 01, 2016 will be applicable on the
interest component as per the Govt. mandate.
11. This offer is not applicable on online purchase of Hitachi Products or Air Conditioners.
12. Standard Rate of Interest for all EMI transactions applicable on Pinelabs enabled POS is 15% p.a. (1.25% p.m.). During the offer period,
