This marketing program (“Program”) is from SBI Card & Payment Services Private Ltd. (“SBICPSL”) under an arrangement with Samsung Mobile. (“Merchant”) and is open to all residents of India holding a valid and current SBI Credit Card (“Cardholder”) and to whom a communication is sent either by SBICPSL and/or Merchant. The Validity of the Program (“Term”) is from 15 Aug’18 to 05 Sep’18 (both days included), unless extended by SBICPSL and the Merchant. Under this Program:
A cardholder can avail Cashback on transaction at Select Large format Electronic Chain & select general Trade merchant outlets , as mentioned on sbicard.com, using SBI Credit card as below, during the term.

Offer is only valid in Kerala & once per card.
This Program is not applicable on SBI Corporate Card Cashback also applicable on EMI transactions.
14% Rate of interest applicable on 3,6,9,12 monthly reducing balance on EMI transactions & 15% Rate of interest applicable on 18 & 24 monthly reducing balance on EMI transactions Delinquent and over-limit Cardholder will not qualify for this Offer.
All the existing offers, gifts, discounts etc. that are being offered by the Merchant can be availed by the Cardholders over and above of this exclusive offer as mentioned in the communication.
Samsung might give Cashback on SBI Card EMI Transactions on select products.
In such cases, the cashback will be posted upfront at the time of conversion.
Such transactions will be eligible for Upto 10% Cashback offer subject to meeting offer criteria & terms. Eg. : If for 12 month EMI trxn, Samsung is bearing 7.2% Cashback, then the total Cashback customer could be eligible for will be 7.2% + 5% i.e. 12.2% .
However the Upto 10% Cashback will be posted by 05 Dec 2018, whereas EMI Cashback of 7.2% will be given upfront to customer at the time of EMI conversion
The Cashback under this Program shall be credited in the account of the Cardholder by 05 Dec 2018
Any query regarding this Program or the cashback shall only be entertained till 05 Jan 2019.
Post such date; SBICPSL will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Program from any cardholder.
