I have seen thread posted earlier but that has incomplete details (like digital, footprint etc offer not mentioned), wrong expiry and no proper T&C so posting again.

- Reliance Digital, Trends and Footprint Stores: 10% instant cashback capped to a maximum of Rs. 200 on a minimum spend of Rs.99.
- Reliance Fresh, SMART and SB Stores: 20% instant cashback capped to a maximum of Rs.200 on a minimum spend of Rs.99.

- Valid till 30 September 2017.

- Discount offer is valid from 1 June 2017 all across Reliance Fresh, Reliance Smart & Sahakari Bhandar stores in India.
- Discount offer is provided only for Customers using valid Visa debit & prepaid card for payment at the cash counter in lieu of per transaction bill amount of Rs.999.00 above at Reliance Fresh /Smart / Sahakari Bhandar stores.

- Discount offer is provided only for Customers using valid Contactless (Visa PayWave & Samsung Pay) on Visa debit, credit or prepaid card issued in India for payment at the cash counter in lieu of per transaction bill amount of Rs.99.00 & above.

- Discount offer:
a) Visa debit & prepaid card: 5% off on a single transaction of a minimum amount of Rs.999, maximum discount per transaction with Visa debit or prepaid card during the offer period is Rs.100.00 (Rupees One Hundred Only). Valid only for Value Format (Reliance Fresh, Reliance Smart & Sahakari Bhandar stores).

b) Contactless (Visa PayWave & Samsung Pay): 20% off on a single transaction of a minimum amount of Rs.99, maximum discount per transaction with Visa debit, credit or prepaid card during the offer period is Rs.200.00 (Rupees Two Hundred Only). Valid only for Value Format (Reliance Fresh, Reliance Smart & Sahakari Bhandar stores).

- All products return would be entertained as per the company’s prevailing product return policy only.
- Visa debit & prepaid cardholder are not bound in any way to participate in the discount offer. Any such participation is voluntary.
- Contactless (Visa PayWave & Samsung Pay) cardholder are not bound in any way to participate in the discount offer. Any such participation is voluntary.
- Reliance reserves the right to modify or change any of the terms and conditions applicable to this offer at any time.
- This discount offer is from Visa and conducted and implemented by Reliance Fresh, SMART, Sahakari Bhandar stores and is applicable to eligible cardholders.
- Liability of Reliance is limited to the discount offer amount.
- Any disputes arising out of the offer shall be subject to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by Reliance for this purpose. The proceedings of the arbitration shall be conducted as per the provision of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be at Mumbai and language of arbitration shall be English.
- All disputes under the Program shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai only.
- Reliance reserve their right to change, discontinue, extend contest, or modify the terms and conditions thereof without giving any prior notice.
