Do n’t know its a dime or not … But thought of sharing … Will help some dimers
Truly Unlimited Broadband Thunder Plans From Reliance
http://www.rcom.co.in/Rcom/personal/internet/wi...
Some Plans Comparision
1. Tikona Broadband
http://tikona.in/for-homes-wireless-broadband-t...
Note: Tikona donot provide truly unlimited plans. That means based on plans u select after certain GBs of download ur speed may be same or decrease. But speed decreases & i have faced his. Cheap tactics. Reliance plans are truly unlimited.
2. BSNL Broadband
www.upe.bsnl.co.in/download/curr_bb_pl...df
http://www.bsnl.co.in:9080/opencms/bsnl/BSNL/se...
http://210.212.169.201/erp/bbpl...hp
Note: Same as Tikona not truly unlimited.
3. Airtel Broadband
http://www.airtelbroadband.in/wps/wcm/connect/A...
Note: They are costly. Thay have FUP (Fair Usage Policy) in all the plans listed by them. They advertise themselves as take unlimited plans but put a small star(*) mark in all the plans. It means if any body has taken 1 MBPS unlimited plan then after 10gb of download the speed will reduce to 256 kbps. I have taken an example.
P.S: All the Broadband plans listed by any Internet Service Providers (ISPs) are exclusive of taxes …. Add 12.36% in them

Nice share for ppl looking at standalone broadband connection.
I believe the Unlimited BSNL Combo plans bring in more value to ppl who make calls using the landline telephone.
I am currently subscribing to the BSNL BB Home Combo ULD 900 which gives unlimited download @ 4mbps with the fair usage capped to 8GB. Thereafter the speed falls to 512 kbps. The good part is 400 Free calls bundled along with this offer.
http://www.bsnl.co.in:9080/opencms/bsnl/BSNL/se…
Personally i do not like Speed breaker plans … I watch too many youtube videos & i will complete 8GB with 4 MBPS speed in 1-2 days then after irritating 512kbps with a download speed of 50-60kbps… These days games too coming of big size… NFS most wanted 2012 released on 29 oct has the size of 5GB … BSNL plans are good for Internet surfers not for downloaders … if somebody wants to save money for calling then BSNL BB Home Combo ULD 900 is worthtaking ….
Got a call from Reliance ppl … not feasible in my location WTH
Called them for installation …no one turned even after 48 hrs.
Called them again…told that they are escalating matter.
Escalation for installation!!:-?
Have u given the installation charges?

Do n’t know which city u live in .. If living in a metro city then post ur requirement in sulekha.com … u will get too many calls but pick that person who will promise to give connection first then pay the 599rs installation charges … In this way u will get connection fast … Believe me they will agree since they have to complete their target of 10-20 connections per month… their salary is based on that…:-}
happy with bsnl….very good speed , even more than what they claimed. And I get a 3g stick at a cheaper rate

Which plan?
MTNL 3g is giving 100gb in rs.5000 for 1 year
and
200gb in rs.4500 for half year…
SO i think that is the best plan ever with prepaid
becoz in case of postpaid broadband, it is very difficult to get it disconnected in case of problems.
what do u say guys!!

Bro according to the TRAI policy no ISP’s can give speed less than 256kbps & if n’t followed, have to pay fine so 256 kbps is the lowest plan in our country & Airtel giving 256 kbps truly is not a big deal … they are not doing any favour to u, they are doing this for their own good otherwise have to pay heavy fine if complained by someone ..
Minimum speed of 512 Kbps was to be enforced in 2012 early but by the courtesy of our great great ministers like A.Raja for whom deeds we are still paying through our high internet bills & 3G plans, the National telecom policy act of 2011 came out in 2012 & will be regulated this year 2013 … No wonder India is on 139th postion out of 222 countries in terms of internet connectivity because people like u r happy with 256kbps & that’s too proudly boasting 256KBPS TRULY UNLIMITED …LOL

Atleast better than Pakistan !!!!! Most of the people will say …

I have been using this plan for past 22 months and now thinking of moving out of BSNL.
- They have removed free calls to other networks. Only onnet calls are free from January 2013
- Without intimation pan charge is increased to Rs. 950 + taxes from March 2013
- Was getting good service until last month. Now I have issues every Friday to Saturday.
Now I have to Pay Rs 750 + 50 + 10.4% Vat
It may Be Around 890/-
Well I have been looking around this thread for a month or so and finally decided to ditch MTNL
I am in Delhi with MTNL 1 Mbps @ 999 but includes 200 min in combo + Rs. 75 for Wifi modem
I am sick of MTNL not working…I pretty much survive on internet and cant afford to loose even 1 hour without internet
These Babus’ dont know anything about internet and the repair men is as clueless as me why my internet stops working
Therefore, made the call to Reliance and asked for Freedom 999 plan…
However, that seems to be not available now. So went for the Thunder 899 plan with 4 Mbps upto 20 GB and afterwards 1Mbps
The lady assured me that I will get a call within 48 hours so will see and let others know.
BTW I noticed that Thunder 999 Combo plan seems much better it gives you 50 GB but I dont really need the landline phone as I still have another old MTNL line. Please suggest!
lol..reliance never calls..for mtnl, if your wire is old then ask to change it..it will work for another couple of months or an year or two..
do check mtnl freedom 800 night plan..512 kbps day and 11pm-8am 2mbps..no capping of any sort..
