MTNL has launched a scheme. Prepaid connection with 15 GB 3G data and dongle only at Rs.1200
Available in Delhi at all the MTNL sanchar Haats. Got one for myself..
The speed is around 70-80KBps on an average (reaches 200KBps at times)..
Other connections can also be used in dongle which makes the deal even better..
After one month there are really cheap plans provided by MTNL..

Speed is Ok type .. i do sometime get close to KBps speed , mostly in night . and sometime just like 60KBps
