Terms & Conditions

• This marketing program (“Program”) is from SBI Card & Payment Services Private Ltd. under an arrangement with Infiniti Retail Ltd., (“Merchant”) and is open to all residents of India holding a valid and current SBI Credit Card (“Cardholder”) and to whom a communication is sent either by SBICPSL or Merchant.
• The Validity of the Program (“Term”) is from 20th October 2012 till 15th November 2012 (Both days included), unless extended by SBICPSL & Merchant.

• Under this program:

• For every transaction of size Rs. 15,001 & above, a cardholder can avail of a 5% Cash back on each qualifying transaction

• This Program is not applicable on SBI Corporate Card of SBICPSL.

• Cash back to be credited to the card account by 31st December 2012.

• All queries related to the Program will be entertained only till the 15th of November ’12

• Any query regarding the program will be entertained till 31st December’12. Post such date; State Bank of India/SBICPSL will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Programme from any cardholder. Any issue with cash back will be entertained only till the 15 th of February, 2013.

• SBICPSL along with its direct affiliate(s)/merchants is alone responsible for resolving all disputes and differences in relation to SBI Credit Cards without reference to State Bank of India and its associate Banks

• State Bank of India and SBICPSL do not endorse any of the products or brands being offered under the Program and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, delivery or after sales service of such products which shall be at the sole liability to Merchant.

• The Exclusive offers/discounts under these Programs cannot be clubbed with any other offer or discount extended by the participating brands as part of any other arrangement.

• All the existing offers, gifts, discounts etc., that are being offered can be availed by the Cardholders apart of this exclusive offer as mentioned in the communication.

• Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customer either through mailers or advertised on our website, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products. SBICPSL shall under no circumstances be responsible towards the same.

• Offer is subject to availability of products and available at the sole discretion of Infiniti Retail Ltd.

• Products offered under this program are subject to availability from the respective participating outlets of Merchant and accordingly State Bank of India and SBICPSL in no circumstances shall be liable for non-availability of any of the products.

• Under no circumstance will the offer/discount being offered under this Program be settled with cash in lieu by SBICPSL or by Merchant

• All government Levies like Sales Tax, TDS, any Local Tax, Octroi etc., shall be payable by the Cardholder as applicable at the time the respective Programs were offered.

• Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by State Bank of India and SBICPSL for this purpose. The proceedings of the arbitration shall be conducted as per the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be New Delhi for SBICPSL and language of arbitration shall be English. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against SBICPSL.

• Cardholders are not bound in anyway to participate in the Programs. Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made purely on a “best effort basis”.

• SBICPSL reserves the right to modify or change any of the terms and conditions applicable to this Program at any time with/without prior notice to the cardholders.

Terms and Conditions

• Offer: Additional 5% cashback for Axis Bank Cardholders on minimum purchase of Rs. 5,000. Maximum available cashback is Rs. 3,000. Cash back will be given after 60 days by Axis Bank. i.e. on 10th January 2013
• Offer Period: 13th Oct 2012 to 11th Nov 2012 (Both days inclusive)
• Offer valid only on a minimum billing of Rs. 5,000
• The Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer
• The customer can avail a maximum cashback of Rs. 3,000 .The cashback shall be available on the net bill value of the single transaction
• In order to avail the Offer the Customer shall be required to transact through Axis Bank Cards (Credit / Debit) on the Ezone Stores mentioned in the store list during the Offer Period
• Product warranty will be regulated by the terms and conditions mentioned on the Warranty Card of respective products
