Theres no restarting problem as far as i know. 2 people whom i know have grand and its working flawlessly. As for the resolution, u cant expect a HD display for this price. It basically boils down to your preference. If u can live with the display the phone offers a good value for money.

Just inquire about the offer at croma. Call them and ask about the offer. It is a good store but i am not sure if its offering the cashback. If it doesn’t work out go a samsung exclusive store.
