Highest transaction value done in every 15 Minutes qualifies for Rs.5000 Cashback
Valid on transactions done between 10 am to 10 pm, IST

Minimum Transaction value has to be Rs.5,000 or above

Offer valid for 92 days, from 1 Oct  to 31 Dec 2015

Customer can win only once in a month
In every 15 minutes, 1 Credit card & 1 Debit card customer will qualify for the cashback
Valid on Retail point of sale (POS), E-com & Merchant EMI transactions

Offer not valid on Cash withdrawals, Jumbo Insta Loan, Insta Loan, SmartEMI, BTE, fees, charges, interest on Credit cards
Offer not valid on Cash withdrawals, fees, charges, Jewellery, Insurance &  Mutual fund purchases on Debit cards.

Cashback for winners will be credited 60 days after the promo end date.

Cashback will be posted only for cards active at the time of posting and without any blocks

Terms & conditions

In case of a tie between two or more Cardholders who have done the highest spends, the Cardholder who has done the first transaction during that 15 minutes will be eligible for cashback. E.g If customer “A” & customer “B” both have spent a total of INR 100,000 which is highest spend for that 15 minutes between 10.00 AM to 10.15 AM , and where Cardholder A completed the transaction at 10.01 AM & Cardholder “B” does it at 10.05 AM. then Card Holder “A” will become eligible for the Gift.

The winners will be calculated in bracket of 15  minutes, the start time will be 00.00 and end at 14.59. eg first slot will be : 10hr.00min.00sec to 10hr.14min.59sec , second slot will be 10hr.15min.00sec to 10hr.29min.59sec and so on.

In case there are two/more customers with highest transaction within the same minute, then both/all the customers will qualify for cashback

The offer cannot be clubbed with other cashback promotions

Forex booking, Betting and Gambling based transactions won’t qualify for the promo.

 Funds transfer to another account using Card, any fraudulent transactions any transaction that may be deemed illegal or unauthorized & NetBanking transactions will not be qualify for the promo

Multiple transactions summing up to a maximum spend in 15 Minutes duration won’t be considered.

Single transaction with highest value in INR will be considered the winner
In case of international transaction the value will be determined basis the conversion value (in INR) at the time of settlement
Only settled transaction will be considered for the offer.

Customer can win only once in a month.

If customer is holding multiple card. Winner will be determined at a Card level, transactions done on multiple cards cannot be combined.Netsafe Transactions on Debit cards will not be considered

Cashback will be posted to the card account (Credit card) and bank account (Debit card), it cannot be redeemed in any other form.
Reversed /cancelled transactions, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for this offer.

HDFC Bank Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in this offer. Any participation is voluntary and the offer is being made purely on a ‘best effort’ basis.

This offer is non-convertible, not extendable and non-negotiable.

If the Cardholder ceases to be the Cardholder/s at any time during the Program period, all the benefits under the Program shall lapse and shall not be available to the Cardholder/s.

In case the Cardholder cancels any transaction/s due to which he/she has qualified for the offer, then the Cardholder is not eligible for the offer.

HDFC Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services availed of by the Cardholder/s under the Program.

HDFC Bank reserves the right to disqualify/ exclude any merchant establishment or Cardholder/s from the Program if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Program or otherwise by use of the Card.

In all matters relating to the Program, the decision of HDFC Bank shall be final and binding in all respects.

All queries with regards to the Offer will be valid/open for escalation only up to 90 days from the offer end date – post which the Bank will not entertain any queries nor liable for any cashback postings

This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority.

HDFC Bank reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.

Above offers is by way of a special offer for select HDFC Bank Card members only and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the card member agreement. The terms of the above offers shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the Card members Agreement.

All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Chennai only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction
