TERMS & CONDITIONS: GAS “FREE FOR 30 SECONDS” CAMPAIGN
The terms and conditions of the Promotion shall be legally binding upon and this contest is open only to all individuals who are Indian Nationals and living in India, being Eighteen (18) years old or over. Persons who are not “competent to contract” within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872, are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
The “GAS – FREE FOR 30 SECONDS CAMPAIGN” is brought to you by GAS to be held on December 7th, 2016 at 03:30 p.m. for a period of 30 seconds
2. PROCESS OF ENTRY:
Offer will be valid for a limited period of 30 seconds starting at 03:30 p.m. until stock lasts. The participant shall be charged Re. 1 for a products. All other applicable taxes including handling and delivery charges shall be extra.
The applicable taxes, if any, shall be borne by the customer and minimum charges may apply which must be paid as a part of accepting the terms and conditions.
The Prize is nontransferable, non-returnable, nonrefundable and nonnegotiable. No requests for transfer or assignment or redemption of the benefits shall be entertained.
Valid for all payments modes.
The offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer.
Participation in this campaign is optional.
The decision of Jabong shall be final with respect to all matters relating to this campaign and the result of this campaign and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any customer or by any third party.
The authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to enter the Campaign at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant and must comply with these terms & conditions in the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same e-mail account. The authorized account holder is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider, or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
Entry will be void if it is incomplete or if customer use robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods.
Jabong shall not be liable for:
Any incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate information, whether caused by Website users, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Campaign and assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or tampering with Website;
Any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Campaign injury or damage to your or any other computer or mobile resulting from downloading any materials in connection with the Campaign.
Any increase or decrease in the market value of the Prize.
Disqualification of any participant shall be at the sole discretion of Jabong.
Directors, management, employees and relatives of employees of the sponsor or of Jabong and any entities affiliated or related to the sponsor or Jabong shall not be eligible to enter the draw.
For the purposes herein, the term “relative” shall mean spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling.
Jabong may, in our sole discretion, disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or website or mobile application, or acting in violation of the terms of the website, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to threaten, abuse, or harass any other person. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Campaign will be considered unlawful.
4. ADDITIONAL TERMS
We may, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and in our sole discretion, change these rules or cancel the contest at any time; or modify, terminate or suspend the contest should viruses, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond our control corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the campaign of submission of entries. We are not responsible for: (a) lost, misdirected, late, incomplete, or unintelligible entries or for inaccurate entry information, whether caused by you or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the contest, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries; (b) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the campaign; © No greater than the number of prizes stated in these rules will be awarded.
5. PUBLICITY RELEASE
By participating in the contest, you give us permission to use your name, likeness, image, voice, and/or appearance as such may be embodied in any pictures, photos, video recordings, audiotapes, digital images and the likes, taken or made on behalf of Jabong campaign and any promotions, events, or campaign to follow. You agree that Jabong has a right to publish your saved item details for any communication, promotions, events, or contests that follow. You agree that Jabong complete ownership of such pictures, etc. including the entire copyright, and may use them for any purpose. These uses include, but are not limited to illustrations, bulletins, exhibitions, videotapes, reprints, reproductions, publications, advertisements, and any promotional or educational materials in any medium now known or later developed, including the internet. You acknowledge that you will not receive any compensation, etc. for the use of such pictures, etc. and hereby release the Jabong and its agents and assigns to use your name and likeness to promote the Jabong contest and any promotions, events, or contests to follow.

8. PRIVACY NOTICE
If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to vandalism, power failure, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, breakdown in transportation and telecom service failure, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Jabong, which corrupt or elect the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, Jabong may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and/or may disqualify at its sole discretion any individual in any way involved in interfering or tampering with the conduct of the Promotion.
Any and all disputes, controversy or claim, relating to or arising out of the “GAS – 30 SECONDS FREE CAMPAIGN” shall be finally settled by arbitration by a sole arbitrator to be appointed by Director of Jabong or his nominee. The venue and seat of arbitration shall be Gurgaon.
The “GAS – FREE FOR 30 SECONDS CAMPAIGN” shall be governed by the laws of India. In respect of all matters arising out or relating to this GAS – FREE FOR 30 SECONDS CAMPAIGN, the courts at Gurgaon, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
It is expressly provided that should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be determined to be unenforceable and/or invalid, or any transaction contemplated hereby determined to be unlawful by any court of law, or competent government body for any reason, all other provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
